Your statutory guarantees in France
The statutory conformity guarantee protects you for two years from delivery, subject to the legal conditions. It is exercised against the seller. Any manufacturer’s commercial warranty is additional and does not replace it.
Report a problem
Contact Homecity with your order reference, the model, delivery date and a description of the fault. Photographs can help explain the issue. Do not ship the product until you have received return instructions.
Repair or replacement
For a covered defect, conformity is restored without charge through repair or replacement under the statutory conditions. A price reduction or cancellation may apply in the cases provided by law. The statutory guarantee against hidden defects also applies.
