1. Products and prices
The catalogue lists product references and pack sizes. Prices are in euros including VAT. Any additional charges must be displayed before the order is confirmed.
2. Orders and payment
The basket and checkout summary allow you to review the items, quantities, contact details and total before paying. Card payments are processed by Paynid. An order is marked as paid only after confirmation by the payment provider.
3. Delivery
Expected delivery time: 3–5 days. See the Delivery page for the applicable terms.
4. Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal and its exceptions are set out on the Returns page. Homecity pays the return shipping costs. A request form is available at any time.
5. Statutory warranties
The statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply under French law. To report a defect, contact the seller with your order reference and a description of the issue.
6. Complaints and mediation
The appropriate consumer mediator must be appointed and their contact details published before sales open.
