A 14-day period
For an eligible distance purchase, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us of your withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Statutory exceptions still apply, including to certain unsealed hygiene products.

Returns and refunds
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Homecity pays return shipping costs; contact us to arrange the return. We refund the amounts paid, including any standard delivery charges, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not refundable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
